FEED INGREDIENT ASST SALES MANAGER
About this position
The FEED INGREDIENT ASST SALES MANAGER is responsible for developing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and monitoring sales performance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote feed ingredients and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including feed manufacturers, livestock producers, and distributors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, business administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management in the agriculture or feed industry.
• Strong understanding of feed ingredients, nutritional requirements for livestock, and feed formulation principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
