About this position
Responsibilities
• Monitoring the implementation of building operations according to company standards / policies
• Monitoring the entire process of cooperation agreements with tenant
• Establish good and professional cooperative relationships with all tenants (internal & external), to achieve mutually beneficial business cooperation
• Control the arrangement of the parking area, security and cleanliness of the building area, to support consumer comfort in carrying out shopping activities
• Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled
• Foster and ensure that the entire team, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain the condition of assets for Mall operations so that they remain in good condition, accurate in terms of both physical and system quantities and fit for use
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in all major
• Minimum 3 years working as an operation in a mall
• Expert skills in Management, Business Orientation, Administration skills, Microsoft Office
