The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance operations within the company. This includes developing and implementing maintenance procedures, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee the maintenance team and provide guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs by optimizing resources and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
