Job function: Project Management

About this position

Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
Implement new product launches, maintain growth in key products, and manage the core catalogue.
Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to create integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale).
Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategies and meet deadlines.
Make category recommendations to management based on expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.).
Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy.
Prepare clear messages for senior management.
Own and maintain the brand patrimony and identity, ensuring all actions align with the brand's sense of purpose.
Implement the retail strategy in collaboration with the retail and education team, ensuring proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.).
Make media recommendations, implement media and promotion plans, and ensure execution of trade marketing plans.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Digitally savvy with agility and flexibility.
Understanding of the e-commerce landscape and platforms.
Strong operational digital marketing skills with the ability to build detailed activity plans.
Collaborative with the ability to work effectively between Sales and Marketing to build the right plans.
Understanding of brand and consumer journey.

Work experience
Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 15 years

Must-have qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong operational digital marketing skills
Only consider candidates currently holding positions as Brand Manager, Product Manager, Senior Brand Manager, or Senior Product Manager.
Candidates must be from the FMCG industry.
