About this position

Process Engineer position requiring Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on product mix, raw materials, process parameters – guided by licensor. • Develop & own the capacity modelling, PFD’s size the key equipment. • Provide process & product input to the BoD sign off on the control system URS – written by control engineer. • Core member of hazard study team. • Provide process input to CSU plan. • Align with RDI on scale-up, validation and approval requirements – guided by licensor.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields. • Minimum 3-5 years experience of related process engineer. (Experience in Chemical plant will be advantaged) • Knowledge in OEE, Lean, VSM, Kanban, 5S, TPM, work standardization knowledge. • Knowledge in process improvement and scale-up process. (Digital & Automation will be advantaged) • Strong Interpersonal skills / Leadership skills.
