About this position
The Manager, Quality & Pre-Openings is responsible for overseeing pre-opening support, quality assurance, and ensuring brand standards are met.
Responsibilities
• Develop and uplift Master Buy Out List for all Brands
• Review and ensure accuracy of BOL format and formulas
• Provide guidance on Buy Out list obligations to owners
• Monitor Clusters Quality Indicator and follow up action plans
• Analyze, recommend, and execute best practices for Quality related services
• Roll out Quality initiatives and act as main liaison for Quality matters
Requirements
• Strong understanding of brand standards and quality assurance processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements
• Experience in conducting audits and quality management
• Familiarity with ReviewPro and Mystery Shopper assessments
