About this position

The Sourcing Analyst (Officer - Manager) will be responsible for implementing strategic sourcing options, managing supplier relationships, conducting market analysis, and developing sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic sourcing process, develop tender document, lead negotiation and administrate commodity sourcing agreement.
• Manage supplier relationships and plan for supplier accreditation and service level.
• Liaise with requestors and team to minimize risks of exceeding budgets and missing delivery deadlines.
• Conduct market analysis, develop product TCO, evaluate tenders, and make purchase recommendations.
• Maintain market intelligence for commodities and adjust sourcing strategy accordingly.
• Develop contracts, evaluate and mitigate risks, and manage buyer-supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Knowledge of market analysis, product TCO development, and tender evaluation.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings.
• Familiarity with international trading issues, imports, and legal considerations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
