About this position

Danfoss is looking for an innovative, strategic, and dynamic individual to join as Channel Partner Manager for Danfoss Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Manage TH Strategic business plan on key partners based on mid-term and long terms company directions, target hotspots focus (Food & Beverage / Commercial Building / Industries), channel development plan for sale incremental, and local marketing activities
• Drive and manage the Partner Excellence Program (PEP) ensure all KPIs are met (e.g., business plans execution, new partner appointment/on-boarding, new business and project opportunities development, technical seminar, event, and exhibitions, etc.)
• Close collaboration with sales managers or key account managers to ensure alignment of PEP expectations/execution with channel partners for annual target planning & sale achievement with local sale plan enhanced activities
• Develop and enhance to pilot by implement new business models for business enlargement. e.g., e-commerce, market expansion, geographic expansion
• Monitoring/ data analysis of the channel sales (Orders intake, PJT pipelines, inventories) to manage for business optimization/growth related to annual business plan
• Enhancing and building a local loyalty program for TH Danfoss budget plan
• Supporting and coordinating on all below the line marketing activities such as technical seminar, sub-dealer meeting, events, and exhibitions, and after sale & service network meeting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/ Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial & Commercial HVAC, or Refrigeration / Ammonia or equivalent
• Trade Marketing or product marketing working experience will be advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with good exposure to matrix management and cross-functional working with others
• Strong commercial insight and business understanding with marketing mindsets and can-do thinking
• High energy, positive thinking, self-motivated, persistent and ability to influence and coordinate others
