Sales Engineer - Drives (F&B and Industry)
About this position
Danfoss is seeking a Sales Engineer with a focus on energy efficiency for the F&B and Industry sectors.
Responsibilities
• Direct responsible for Food & Beverage and industries hotspots for project pipeline management including / or based on specific given assignments: Food and Beverage Water & Wastewater Chemical Oil & Gas Pulp & Paper Cements Steel & Metal • Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers. • Maximize profitability utilizing value selling tools to develop for a strong order intake planning. • Support asset management ensuring receivables are in accordance to agreed terms and conditions. • Develop in-depth customer understanding identifying areas Danfoss can bring greatest value within the product portfolio as of a total business solution provider. • Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence team. • Develop and maintain Key Account Plan with an aggressive growth horizon based upon customer business needs and customer focused value propositions. • Be able to cross segment sale to support customers as a one Danfoss’s team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business • Prior sales experience working with large OEMs within the heavy industry or similar market segments; or 3 -5 years technical or sales related experience in water, cement, paper and metal. • Strong customer relationship skills • Fluency in English • Strong communication and negotiation skills
