About this position
Danfoss is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to drive market share development in the Solenoid Valve business in the Asia Pacific Region.
Responsibilities
• Discover and develop Automatic Controls opportunities within emerging technologies, such as solenoid valves. • Outline and develop solenoid valve service strategy, with focus on the circular economy • Commercially accountable for busines results • Secure alignment with the regional sales team between Automatic Controls LoB strategic direction, including portfolio development plans and regional sales needs to maximize growth • Drive Automatic Controls /PL01 regional focus by active follow-up and dialogue on defined activities supporting strategic direction including opportunity pipeline, CRS needs, new product launches, etc. • Participate in quarterly regional segment performance dialogues with the Regional Sales Director, Automatic Controls Segment and Indirect Managers
Requirements
• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering • Experience from B2B area, preferably from the industrial/project environment • 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and/or product management • 5 to 10 years working experience in Automatic Control background. • Strong technical and commercial understanding of solenoid valves and related products.
