About this position

The Junior Oracle Functional Support position involves supporting and solving Oracle ERP and application issues in Manufacturing, Order Management, and Finance and Procurement modules.

Responsibilities

• Support and solve Oracle ERP and application issues in Manufacturing, Order Management, and Finance and Procurement modules.
• Define requirements and prepare customization proposals and specifications.
• Train users and conduct unit testing.
• Monitor and develop Oracle reports or forms.
• Work closely with technical teams, consultants, managers, and infrastructure teams to solve business and technology problems.
• Ensure compliance with IT Security, ISM, IT-Sox Rule, SOX-Account, and other company rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of working experience in Oracle or ERP support with Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Experience in R12.x Oracle Production support and Oracle PL/SQL Fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, with a willingness to learn continuously.
• Skills in Power BI, SQL, and PL/SQL are advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
