Assistant General Manager, HR and Admin
About this position
The Assistant General Manager, HR and Admin will be responsible for developing and monitoring HR, Admin, IT, and Legal functions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, handling expatriate formalities, maintaining company assets, and executing recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
• Develops and monitors HR, Admin, IT, Legal.
• Ensure the completion of required corporate legal documents.
• Ensure all legal aspect compliance with Government regulation.
• Ensure industrial relations issues are taken care of appropriately, including tripartite affairs.
• Handle expatriate formalities (visa, work permit etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining company assets, office, and facilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration in General Management, Higher in Political Science or related other fields.
• At Least 10 years of Experience in HR and Administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR, Administration, IT, and Labor law.
• Good command of English and proficiency in computer programs.
• Possess Strong Leadership, Communication, Motivation, and Problem-Solving Skills.
