About this position
Responsibilities
• Mengelola dan mengatur tugas dan proses administratif dalam perusahaan.
• Membantu dalam pengembangan dan implementasi kebijakan dan prosedur administratif.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan menjadwalkan pertemuan, janji temu, dan pengaturan perjalanan bagi para eksekutif dan karyawan.
• Memelihara dan memperbarui database perusahaan dan sistem pengarsipan.
• Menangani korespondensi masuk dan keluar, termasuk email, surat, dan panggilan telepon.
• Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada berbagai departemen dan tim bila diperlukan.
• Membantu penyusunan laporan, presentasi, dan dokumen lainnya.
• Memantau dan memesan perlengkapan dan perlengkapan kantor.

Requirements
