About this position

The Regional Marketing Manager for Machinery Manufacturing at Huneety Headhunting will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales growth across the designated region. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and customer feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Marketing team to achieve results.
• Improve company SEO to boost online visibility.
• Increase social media engagement to support sales.
• Ensure effective communication across all channels.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Maximize the use of CRM for tracking and analysis.
• Allocate the marketing budget to suitable events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role with subordinates
• Proficient in English at C1 level or higher
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Location of work: Bangkok
