The Associate Director of Advertising will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an effective and comprehensive advertising strategy for our organization. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising industry and possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must have an eye for detail and the ability to quickly identify and implement new opportunities. The Associate Director of Advertising will work closely with the Director of Advertising to ensure that all advertising initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy, and will lead the team in developing campaigns and executing on all advertising activities. Responsibilities of Associate Director of Advertising

1. Develop and execute strategic advertising plans and campaigns to meet organizational objectives.
2. Monitor advertising, promotions and campaigns for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Identify and analyze trends in the advertising industry and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
4. Develop and manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
5. Negotiate advertising contracts with vendors and media outlets.
6. Manage and coordinate advertising production processes, including copywriting and graphic design.
7. Research, develop and present creative advertising solutions.
8. Direct and coordinate advertising staff to ensure accomplishment of goals and objectives.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration of advertising efforts.
10. Oversee the development of advertising materials, including print, radio, television and digital media.
