About this position

The Procurement Document Controller Officer at PSTH Silom will be responsible for checking and managing documents for Trade Suppliers and Customers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting business contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in checking and managing documents for Trade Suppliers and Customers, including contractual matters according to the Supply Chain Management Policy and activity.
• Coordinate with concerned internal and external person for all related matters with Supply Chain Management.
• Being responsible for Supplier/Customer documents screening, Business Contract support etc.
• Cooperate on Planning's activities such as Supply Chain CSR.
• Administration tasks related.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• New graduates are welcome.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Procurement Document Controller.
• Excellent administrative skills and able to work with multi-tasks, accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented and good problem solving.
• Strong knowledge in data management in Microsoft Office.
• Mature and able to work independently and under pressure with a good attitude, service mind and patience.
