Responsibilities

• Execute operation plan as agreed with Category Development and Marketing team.
• Ensuring sales and distribution target achievement.
• Leading distributor to follow yearly operation plan.
• Being accountable for top customers under distributor in term of sales, in-store activation and customer satisfaction.
• Assessing and ensuring distributor operation to comply with Nestlé policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distributor sales management.
• Experience from pet care business required.
• Own a car with driving license.
• Solid experience in direct accounts.
