About this position

Huneety is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant trainee/intern to join our team. This internship program is designed for all majors and faculties to gain real-world work experience while developing engaging projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position upon completion of the internship. The selected applicant will be trained and mentored by Huneety's recruitment manager with the objective of becoming a successful recruitment consultant by the end of the internship period.

The ideal candidate is an independent professional with strong soft skills, particularly in interpersonal communication, time management, logical thinking, and innovative problem-solving. English proficiency at the B2 level (CEFR) or equivalent is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence

- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects in the industrial sector: identify companies in their related industries, locations, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze candidate pools and suggest opportunities to present candidates to targeted companies.

Talent Acquisition

- Be responsible for Level 1 recruitments, which involve recruiting candidates such as sales executives, engineers, customer service specialists, or project engineers.
- Understand customer requirements from job descriptions and customer briefs to source candidates matching job requirements (responsibilities, budget, personality, skills).
- Leverage the Huneety platform, job boards (Jobsdb), and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to source candidates.
- Submit compelling candidate summaries through the Huneety platform to be presented to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career development needs and engage them when required.
- Maintain an updated candidate database, ensuring accurate and organized candidate information for efficient and effective sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity guidelines.

Ad-hoc projects

- Assist with the organization of Huneety's monthly events for job seekers.
- Manage Huneety's social networks on Facebook, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn by publishing viral content in Thai.

Requirements

- Third or fourth-year students available for at least a 3-month internship (for internship/ trainee - no experience require)
- Strong interpersonal communication, time management, logical thinking, agility, and innovative problem-solving skills
- Positive mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English with non-native speakers
- Proficient in effective utilization of digital platforms and social media
