Sustainability Engineer

About this position

A key account manager (Sustainability) is a critical role in bridging technical product capabilities with customer needs, acting as a key link between the sales team, product development, potential clients, maintain relationship with the influencers (architect, designer, developer, etc.), increase comparative advantage by identifying new target leads, and meet the needs of customer to deliver on our commitment of “Caring about our future” as INSEE Sustainability Ambition 2030.

Responsibilities

• Seek the opportunities to bond with customer in sustainability subject
• Develop and maintain relationships with external sustainability partners and organizations
• Representing the company in sustainability-related event
• Contribute to the company's marketing efforts by highlighting our sustainability initiatives
• Collaborating with customer to allocate INSEE's products in specification and to build stronger relationship
• Learning, knowledgeable, sharing, and presenting on sustainability topics including INSEE's and competitors' products not only concrete products but also products of cement, mortar, AAC, etc. to make customer understand our product applications and benefits to customer
• Collaborating with other internal departments to achieve the goals
• Regular reporting to supervisors on activities, progress and challenges
• Sharing to supervisors on new knowledge, trend, other solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Sales Experience: Experience in sales within the construction or concrete industry.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or management role, showing the ability to lead and motivate teams, set and achieve targets, and manage resources effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Problem solving skills
• Presentation and selling skills
• Understanding of sustainability knowledge and practices in the several industrys (preferred)
• Understand the applications of concrete & cement products in construction industry
