Business Development Manager (HoReCa)
About this position
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition in Phuket’s HoReCa sector.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with high-end restaurants, hotels, and resorts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively generating leads and exploring market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Provide training, client support, and manage service requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and assist with installations and technical support when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the HoReCa industry.
- Proven success in lead generation, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a hunter mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, French, or Japanese are an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Phuket market and the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
