About this position

Provide assistance to the sales team and support the sales team for all process

Responsibilities

• Create sales orders through an internal system and prepare sales documents for the sales team
• Assist customers by answering all sales-related questions and concerns to keep them satisfied
• Monitor and prepare for weekly/monthly sales reports and customer complaints
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
• At least 3 years experience as customer service, sales coordinator or sales support
• Able to speak English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills
