About this position

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies and plans, and managing a team of professionals. You will be a key member of the executive team, providing leadership and direction in all aspects of business development, from market analysis and product development through to sales, marketing, and customer service. 5. Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closing
6. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
7. Develop and manage sales and marketing programs
8. Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure success of business development initiatives
9. Serve as the primary interface with existing and potential customers
10. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to business development team members

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a business development role
• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
