1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing markets.
2. Establish programs to evaluate and monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty.
3. Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve desired sales targets.
4. Oversee the recruitment, training and development of sales personnel.
5. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures to improve team performance.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners.
7. Track market trends and identify new product opportunities.
8. Monitor competitors’ activities and analyze their strategies and pricing.
9. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.
10. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.


• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant sales and marketing strategies
