Quality Assurance Specialist, APAC
About this position
The Quality Assurance Specialist, Asia Pacific will be responsible for coordinating and completing customer questionnaire requirements and statement requests, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer questionnaires, statements, quality agreements, and other quality and food safety documentation
• Create new quality statements, review, approve, and upload into the Document Management System (DMS)
• Manage quality documents related to products manufactured from other sites
• Work closely with site quality and regional quality documentation teams to collect relevant documents
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve work process efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC in the Food/Ingredients industry
• Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (GFSI, Halal, Kosher, ISO9001, GMP/HACCP, ISO14001, ISO17025, Non-GMO)
• Experience in HACCP, food safety mitigation plan/risk assessment, and food safety auditing
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
