About this position
NIIT Technologies is now Coforge and is looking for a PEGA Business Analyst with Telecom background.Responsibilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements and apply Telecom industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Pega to design an optimal solution• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution
• Provide Business Requirement Specification and Detail IM Pega Process flow Design
• Provide requirement spec using UML, Flow Chart, Sequence Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Interface Spec
• Work closely with team to ensure the solution is technically feasible and identify areas to reduce implementation efforts
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
Requirements
• Sr.BA minimum 3 years, BA minimum 1 year experience in Telecom customer service and Pega software design• Telecom background
• Thorough understanding of Telecom industry best practices
• Knowledge of Pega software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
