About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
• Assist in setting up workstations, devices, and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in various systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors.
• Document technical problems, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Provide training or guidance to employees on IT tools and best practices.
• Monitor IT systems and respond to alerts promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Able to communicate in Thai and English (or Thai and Chinese) proficiently.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and common software applications.
• Familiarity with network concepts (e.g., LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (and other required languages).
• Strong ethics, commitment to continuous learning.
