IT Security Engineer Group Leader
Responsibilities
● Work closely with Group Management (Chief Technology Officer, Director and IT Manager)
● Check daily status for cases staff are handling.
● Manage 15 staff who support our security operation service.
● Ensure all cases are handled within SLA and good service quality.
● Communicate with customers and clarify issues in customers' environment.
● Communicate with security product vendors and find the solutions for customers' issues.
● Understand customers' system and network equipment to provide suitable solutions
● Summarize vulnerabilities and solutions in report, and explain to customers
● Work closely with customers, and follow up their actions to remediate vulnerabilities for their servers/network equipment/clients
Requirements
Experiences:
● At least 6-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
● More than 5 years experience in security operation and/or IT operation.
● More than 3 years experience for information security.
● Experience on EPP such as Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security.
● Experience on EDR such as Tanium, CrowdStrike, etc.
● Experience on VA (Qualys, Tenable) and CSPM, vulnerability scanning, patch management, and compliance management tools.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
● Thai native speaker with Good command in English
● Being able to communicate in Japanese or Chinese would be great.
● Good management skill, presentation skill.
● Good communication and negotiation skill.
● Service mind and team players.
● Good problem solving, logical thinking, and Initiative.
● Work under pressure.
● Certificates about Comptia Security+ CCISP, CCSP would be great.
