KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (FOOD SERVICE)

PT. Pandurasa Kharisma is a leading FMCG company distributing Food and Beverage goods to Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, QSR and Institutional. Our products are imported from USA, Canada, Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand touching the segments of ambient, sensitive, chilled and frozen.

About this position

Managing and achieving predetermined target by distributing our brand through Food Service channel.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating activity investment with key account customers and establishing a timeline of performance.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with existing key account customer (QSR, International & Local Chain, Bakery Chain, Airlines, etc) and new potential key account customer.
• Developing productive and solid relationships between key account customers and the company.
• Productive and solid relationships between key account customers and the company
• Daily attendance and sales report and weekly, monthly sales report.
• Planning and presenting reports on goals, account progress.
• Generate new business opportunity with new potential key account customers.
• Meeting all key account customers’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Working with technical partner to develop the best creation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Food Beverage & service management, Communication, equivalent or with relevant experiences.
• At least 3 Years of working experience
in the sales field especially in

Food & Beverage Industry.
• Have experience in handling sales and maintaining Food & Beverage key accounts in Indonesia.
• Have a high and proven sales track record, good in maintaining relationship
• Good command in English
• Proactive, smart, high motivation, and work hard to achieve target
• Good personality, confident and high sales skill (networking, consultation, negotiation, closing sales)
• If you have experience in connecting/selling to HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) or Food & Beverage industry, most preferable
• Own a car and driving license (SIM A) for sales operational matters.
• Humble and like to meet people.
• Like mobile job to achieved sales target, good desire motivation
and maintenance current and new customers.
• Management ability, sales talk skill, presentation ability, familiar with email and Microsoft Office is a must.
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Availability to join immediately (As Soon As Possible).
