About this position

As a Site Supervisor, you will be providing more complex technical support to front line service and customers on diverse technical problems and applications. Troubleshoots applications, communications, network, and control systems problems and formulates a plan for resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) and general servicing are performed as per scheduled.
• Write reports on Preventive Maintenance (PM), routing approvals to clients, and submit to Admin.
• Prepare for JSA (online) for each activities at site.
• Update Activity tracker in timely manner.
• Attend weekly meetings with subcons and clients, prepare presentation on previous Preventive Maintenance activities and weekly plan for each sites.
• Attend weekly meetings with internal team, prepare presentation on pending Preventive Maintenance, finding items (defect list) and weekly plan for each sites.

Requirements

• Vocational High School Diploma or equivalent in Engineering related studies
• 5 years of experience in servicing systems as follows: HVAC, Fire System, WWTP, or water system
• Able to perform analysis using 5WHYs, Fishbones, or other analytical techniques
• Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Offices and other Microsoft applications)
